A 50% payment is required to reserve the service.
The remaining 50% is due one day before the event, unless a different agreement is confirmed in writing.

Before the event, Omega Tours confirms schedule, pickup points, event contact, driver coordination and transportation flow.
6. EVENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
Omega Tours provides the confirmed transportation service according to the final agreed schedule, route and vehicle plan.

Omega Tours is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, guests not being ready on time, road closures, venue access issues, weather, guest confusion or last-minute changes not approved before service.
