ATVs, UTVs and dirt bikes may not be driven on federal highways, and regular off-road rentals are not delivered to Los Cabos or the airport.
Delivery and pickup must be confirmed in advance.
Availability depends on vehicle type, schedule, location, timing, staff availability and Omega Tours approval.
Delivery does not mean the vehicle can be used outside approved rental areas.
Off-road rentals are not approved for federal highway use or beach use.

Omega Tours may deny or cancel a rental if the guest does not meet safety, age, experience, documentation, deposit or operational requirements.
