Omega Tours may approve, adjust or deny a rental if the guest does not show enough control, safety awareness or responsibility.
Car Rentals
Selected Car Rentals include full coverage insurance with deductible conditions.
Full coverage insurance does not mean the renter has zero financial responsibility.
In case of an accident, damage or insurance claim, the renter is responsible for the applicable 15% deductible according to the rental agreement, insurance conditions and signed waiver.
Motorcycle & Scooter Rentals
Motorcycle and scooter rentals do not include insurance.
The renter is responsible for damage, misuse, loss, third-party damage, towing, recovery, fines, tickets, late returns and all rental responsibilities according to the rental agreement and waiver.
Off-Road Rentals
Off-Road Rentals do not include insurance.

Self-Guided GPS Adventures are not basic rentals.
They are route-supported experiences and are booked through the Off-Road Tours section.
Regular rentals do not include planned routes, GPS navigation, route tracking or guide support unless clearly stated in writing.
Rental vehicles must be used responsibly and returned in the same general condition in which they were delivered.
Omega Tours may deny or cancel a rental if the guest does not meet safety, experience, age, deposit, documentation or operational requirements.
Guests are responsible for damage, late returns, loss, misuse, fines, towing, recovery or improper use of the rental vehicle according to the rental agreement and waiver signed before departure.
Regular rentals are not guided tours and do not include route support unless clearly stated in writing.
