THE CABO SNORKEL SAIL EXPERIENCE

Your day begins with shared transportation from the Pacific Side toward Cabo San Lucas Marina.

After check-in, board the vessel and begin the sail through Cabo San Lucas Bay.

The route may include sightseeing near:

Once anchored, guests may enjoy swimming, snorkeling, floating and time in the water under crew supervision.

Snorkeling and swimming are water-based activities with inherent risks.

The route, snorkeling bay, water-entry time, sightseeing distance or cruise duration may change because of:

  • Wind
  • Waves
  • Swell
  • Visibility
  • Water clarity
  • Currents
  • Jellyfish
  • Port authority restrictions
  • Harbor traffic
  • Vessel operation
  • Mechanical concerns
  • Other safety conditions

The operator may:

  • Change the snorkeling location
  • Limit water time
  • Cancel water entry
  • Change the route
  • Limit sightseeing distance
  • Delay departure
  • Return early
  • Reschedule the cruise
  • Cancel the experience

Clouds, normal vessel movement, limited visibility, reduced snorkeling time or a change of snorkeling location do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.

If the operator cancels because of safety or port restrictions, Omega Tours will assist with available rescheduling or eligible refund options according to the confirmed booking policy.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES

The cancellation and change policy displayed during checkout and included in the Omega Tours reservation confirmation applies to this experience.

Guests should expect that:

  • Changes require advance notice
  • Changes remain subject to availability
  • Late cancellations may be non-refundable
  • Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable
  • No-shows are non-refundable
  • Late arrival may be treated as a no-show
  • Private bookings may have stricter conditions
  • Weather-related changes may require rescheduling
  • Water-condition changes may affect the snorkeling location or water time

  • This experience combines a Cabo snorkeling sail with Cabo Marina free time and shared Pacific Side transportation.
  • Two scheduled snorkeling times may be available: 10:00 AM sailing and 12:00 PM sailing.
  • 10:00 AM sailing is typically Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • 12:00 PM sailing is typically Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Exact operating days and departure times are confirmed before booking.
  • The cruise lasts approximately four hours.
  • Snorkeling is normally planned for Santa Maria Bay when conditions allow.
  • An alternate protected bay may be used when required by weather, swell, water conditions, crowding, port instructions or captain decision.
  • No specific marine-life sightings, water clarity or snorkeling duration can be guaranteed.
  • Snorkel equipment and life jackets are included.
  • No prior snorkeling experience is required.
  • The onboard meal is a casual deli-style lunch with chips.
  • Beverages are included.
  • Beer and open bar service are for adults and are served responsibly.
  • Cabo Marina free time is included after the cruise.
  • For the 10:00 AM sailing, the shared return from Cabo San Lucas is planned around 4:30–5:00 PM.
  • For the 12:00 PM sailing, the shared return from Cabo San Lucas is planned around 6:30–7:00 PM.
  • Estimated Pacific Side arrival depends on traffic, route and drop-off order.
  • Food, drinks and purchases during Cabo Marina free time are not included.
  • The shared vehicle cannot wait indefinitely for late guests.
  • Guests who miss the scheduled return are responsible for arranging and paying for alternative transportation.
