Omega Tours may recommend the Hiace when your group’s luggage cannot fit safely in a Suburban.
Because both vehicles have the same published rate, changing from a Suburban to a Hiace does not create an upgrade charge.

Suburban Luggage Rule
The Suburban is recommended for a maximum of 4 passengers with standard airport luggage.
Groups larger than four should select the Hiace unless they are traveling with very limited luggage and receive advance approval from Omega Tours.
Hiace Luggage Rule
The Hiace accommodates a maximum of 8 passengers with standard airport luggage.
Groups of up to 11 passengers may be accepted when traveling without checked luggage or after Omega Tours reviews the complete luggage configuration.
